The aim of the process of cleaning and washing lubrication systems in machinery and equipment is to remove
any dirt on the inner and outer surfaces of the system (dust, metal chips, welding cinders, corrosion products,
oil ageing products - asphalts, resins, sludge and part wear products) as well as those deposited in "dead zone
of the system".
We have mastered a proven and effective lubrication system cleaning and washing technology, which is the
first step to enhance efficiency and reliability. By ensuring the trouble-free operation of control systems,
reduced consumption of abrasion nodes and greater reliability, we obtain lowered maintenance and repair expenses
and improved occupational safety.

Lubrication system cleaning and washing should be the first step towards the improved condition of a
lubrication system and permits to implement active prevention (TPM*) in equipment operation.
