the laboratory is fully independent;
over 500,000 samples in our database;
over 80,000 analyses carried our each year;

even 500 samples may be tested every day;

We offer all-inclusive comprehensive analytical services ranging from technical advice to taking samples and transporting them to our laboratory. The results are always commented by Ecol and Oelcheck specialists and delivered by regular post, e-mail or can be made available for viewing over the Internet (using login and password).
Analyses are subject to volume discounts.

On-site oil testing

Ecol owns equipment for on-site testing of oils and lubricants. The following parameters can be tested:

cleanliness class (microscopic and automatic methods - optical and blockage counters);
water content in oil (Martechnik);
total acid number;
flow rates of oil (liquids) using ultrasound flow meters;
system purity by internal inspection using a videoscope;
RBOT test (oxidation according to ASTM D-2272) - test performed in Ecol's laboratory;
